[Dhis2-devs] War of dhis2 module built on Ubuntu did not allow entering utf8

hi I tried to code and build on Ubuntu. utf8 worked fine but when copying the war to Tomcat on windows, utf8 is not supported. anyone has ideas or faced this situation? ps. i made the hibernate.properties with characterEncoding already ___ Mailing list:
