Dear All, I upgraded our dhis2 version to 2.16 and create a program as a multiple event with Registration. Now from individual Tracking-> add/update instance-> Enter attributes data -> Press add. It hanged and log shows error. Here i attached the log. I tried but somehow in some point i am miss
