I don't think i need any varia-fication on my installed MySQL DB for this very
simple issue, rather i can say and confirm that my installed MySQL can connect
to the database with other tools as well.

A full export of your log during the startup process would be helpful as
well, as opposed to just that one line.

Yes Jason, yy all DHIS2 versions under development are using jdk1.7.0_45.
Yes Knut, doing full metadata and data exports and imports works from DHIS2.12
to DHIS2.13.
