Part of the challenge here is that these EpiWeeks are not standardized.
They thus become impossible to reliably calculate the weeks
determinstically, which is usually needed with DHIS2 (the Nepali calendar

There are many different definitions of what an Epi Week actually is.
Could you be more specific? Right now, weeks are implemented as ISO weeks,
beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday.
