1) event capture failing to load structure (CSS i think) when the server goes
offline
2) the application fails to bring login screen when the server is back on line
3) the application no longer notifies the user on status online/offline
4) the application no longer prompts t
This was not a bug, my browser was not clearing cache, so i finally
managed to clear cache using DHIS2 browser cache
