For the SMS, it’s purely for data entry. There are alerts that can be sent
out, but no query ability for a particular data element. I think I’m
understanding your question, but I’m also not familiar w/ the capabilities in
rapidsms.

As Bob pointed out, filezilla is a GUI tool and it does not support scheduling
of downloads. Your local server should not have a GUI on it if it is a
production system. If your local host a Linux system? If so, you can create a
simple bash script on the localhost system that uses s

If you have the latest version, it should allow you to save forms. If it's
not, I would check under File, Document Security, and makes sure that
"Printing" and "Filling of Forms fields" is enabled.
