ver, I used the PK for catoptcombos instead of the ID which is
probably why DHIS2 didn't recognize them as different entries (invalid
catoptcombo or something). Now it works fine.

When I want to open my "numerator" or "denominator" screens for
indicator definition, the data element list is empty. However, when I
use filters to search my data elements, they sometimes work. Below some
observations:

I'm having a similar issue, altough not sure if it is 100% the same. My
import is complete (all data elements created or updated) but incorrect
for domain type and data type. For both, whatever the data in the CSV
file, the default values are stored for each data element (aggregate,
and number).

Just checked out the log file. It was an SQL syntax error as I didn't
specify a condition (I merely wanted to aggregate all values), which is
apparently not possible. I added a != NULL condition and both previewer
and aggregator work fine now. Bug and issue solved for me!

demo database with the same revision.
