Hi Ime,
One way is to create a script that loops through your data and posts the
tei via the api. The payload syntax is described here
https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/dhis2_developer_manual_full.html#webapi_creating_tei
The CSV IMPORT/export is not yet implemented.

I have been able to find a way to have the scorecard on the dashboard.I

add it from dashboard search, the same way you add other favorites.
It may also be user role related, you can check how it appears in

I work on the tracker of dhis2 (2.26). When I enroll an entity, I have a
