Hi all,
I upgraded a 2.20 instance with a 22-character encryption password to 2.22
(with 2.21 in the middle) and had the following warning in the log upon
2.22 startup:
* WARN 2016-01-19 16:54:23,276 Encryption not configured:
encryption.password in dhis.conf is too short. Minimum 24 characters
Hi David,
Yes, I have added it, but have not managed to do anything with it, or even
discuss it yet with the Android team. I am only experimenting with this
point of how to integrate it into the overall translation workflow.
Maybe the Android team can comment on their plans for localization?

Hi Vanya,
glad to see you are interested in the apps and the SDK. Arranging a call
would be great. Would you perhaps be available already this week?

Its good to know that the fixes will be out with the next DHIS release.
But I am looking more from the aspect of collaboration wherein we can share
the load of fixing these issues. Can you let me know what is the best way
to take this forwar

Hi Navod,
Using this list is much better than posting on Launchpad. But I see that
Markus already applied to you on Launchpad, but his answer seems not to be
reflected in your question here on this list.
Why is that?

Simen,
I would appreciate that - we probably need it for the ward-based outreach
teams, and I believe the first 2-3,000 smart phones are being delivered
this week or next week.
Will it only work for 2.22 or later, or is it also compatible with 2.21? I
noticed that the release notes for 2.22 had n
Hi Calle,
the new SDK can be used for beta testing now. There are a few quirks we may
have to sort out, but in theory it should be working. Are you interested to
work with it in SA?
I'll see if I can get some documentation on how to get started done by this
week.

Dear All,
Could somebody share with me the DHIS2 Live .zip file for version 2.13.
There's a mysql dump of a instance on 2.13. I want to retrieve data from
couple of data sets.
Thanx
