When a user is writing Interpretation on the Dashboard (Chart/graph or
any other output) it is not visible to other users. So interpretation
are not being shared amongst users. It was working fine with DHIS2.17
version but when we tried same thing with DHIS2.19 it is not worki

Most of this should now be fixed, please note that also our import
summary(ies) are now wrapped in a WebMessage (check responseType to know
which payload was sent)
Regarding the filtering bug, that was fixed a while back.

Dear Developers,
This is only in the case if the chart we want to put on Dashboard is
sorted in any way. If the chart is not sorted then the chart is
populated on Dashboard. However, this is not the case in Data
Visualizer.
Can you please help in this regard.
