Not sure if you are not aware but I have been working with Jenny on this
problem. The reason you are not seeing your completeness report is because the
org units are not assigned to that particular data set.

In what sense can they not be edited? You click on edit but nothing
happens?

Thanks a lot Morten, datasets are ok and their. I only have problem with
editing orgunits. Orgunits are displaying but cannot be edited but cant see any
error logs associateed with the problem.
