Many strings appear to be broken in Turkish translation.

To make stdout console window appear on Windows, set *KICAD_ALLOC_CONSOLE*
environment variable in launch.vs.json or system-wide.

I think it's ok to add options, just make sure to test fusing on various
boards because OCCT's algorithms are not always reliable (also see
https://gitlab.com/kicad/code/kicad/-/issues/19251)
Can you explain what you mean by segmentation and why would it prevent
over-meshing?
