Trying to fix the problem myself by going back to 1701 I messed up all my
config (name of engine change Mer -> Sailfish Os, cannot install kit or
even start the vm), so I ended up by doing a full fresh install, remove
sdk, virtual machine AND the local config, then doing a 1707 install

packages manually from command line, using
sdk-manage --target --list
