Hi,
I looked through the installed files an I found out that "SharedSrc" variable
was not set in ~/.config/SailfishAlpha/qtcreator/mersdk.xml.
After setting the correct value there, the error message is gone.

I have the same issue. I have chosen different paths in install process but
still have the problem.
When I change src1 shared folder in virtualbox, I can see contents of
/home/src1 updated in the build virtual machine but my project can't build.

Try moving the project into C:/Users/Rafael.
When you set up the SDK, you would have been promotes with two dialog boxes
containing file paths. One was install location, and other was SRC directory.
You can also try moving the project there.
