Thanks for an answer. It was unclear to me if the pairing is needed or not so
this answer limits my bug hunting.
If I manage to get the code to work I hope some day in future the Harbour
accepts QtBluetooth API.

Currently in my code I think I can get the server running in my Jolla C
or Jolla 1.
