There seems to be a kernel bug in the latest official release of Sailfish OS on the Jolla phone. The /proc/stat numbers for CPUs should never decrease but with higher CPU activity, e.g. when moving around the screen, the iowait and idle indicators jump down, then go back up when the activity stops
