Actually never mond I found an older post containing the solution : install
gst-plugins-good and use souphttpsrc.

I'm trying to set up a gstreamer pipeline to read from an http source but I
can't find a source element that handles http. On my desktop machine I can
use souphttpsrc but this is not present on my jolla emulator. I tried using
uridecodebin but it says : "No URI handler implemented for "http""
