Later today we are going to have the bi-weekly IRC meeting held. This email is
addressing the timing of the meeting for today, as we are now in the "summer
time" and the usual 08:00 UTC for holding the meeting will clash with Finnish
lunch time. Therefore we are holding the meeting at
