Thanks to Yaakov Selkowitz, we finally found why Gsmartcontrol doesn't start.
It miss a dependency (usermode-gtk) but maintainer Eric Smith don't answer for
a month now.
I don't know if he still really maintain Gsmartcontrol but can this be fixed
