development version 0.15 next week (at Monday, October 4th). Changes
against 0.14.x are:

* Improve creation of Annotations

I'm sorry but it is not finished yet. There were some problems with
rebuilds of some packages. There is one remaining rebuild I need to do.

files from /usr/include/freetype2/ to /usr/include/freetype2/freetype/.
Only the /usr/include/freetype2/ft2build.h stays on its place.
