Hi,
we recently did update to 5.13.2 which I think is enough for now. Main reason
is that we need Plasma to properly work and Qt 5.12 and 5.13 are the only
releases guaranteed to be compatible. There will definitely be people using
upcoming Plasma version with Qt 5.14 so once it's properly test
Hi,
I don't know if anyone already asked about this, but since I upgraded to Fedora
31, which had
newer kernel than Fedora 30 back then, I started experiencing annoying lags of
the system. This
can be now reproduced even with Fedora 30 as they both have identical kernels.
When this
happens,
I did some search again. It looks many other distributions (Ubuntu, Arch,
Manjaro) have this issue as well. Users report this as a regression since
kernel 4.2. Some suggested to disable swap, which makes this problem go away
for them. I'm testing this right now and it seem to make significant

Hi,
can you try to run with QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1 and attach here the output? Does
uninstalling QGnomePlatform package make any difference? Can you be more
specific about where exactly you are trying to change the font which doesn't

Hi,
I started update process in rawhide to update all Qt modules to 5.12.3 and
later I will rebuild all packages depending on Qt private stuff. You may
experience build failures until the whole update process is done, which should
be hopefully tomorrow.

Hi,
I haven't been using clementine for a long time and don't have really time
looking into clementine issues. This is even more complicated given upstream
is more or less dead and latest release is more than 2 years old.
Feel free to take it.

Hi,
I'm updating all Qt 5 packages in rawhide now. Until all this is done, you may
experience broken dependencies for packages using Qt 5.

Hi,
this is because Plasma 5.14 beta update, not related to my Qt 5 update. I'm

I think I have to update qt6 [1] to basically do the same thing kf6 does
here [2]. Same obviously
for the qt5/kf5 equivalent. I'll try to look into this as soon as possible.

Hi,
all qt5-* packages + all the packages using private API which needed rebuild
were build in a side tag and tagged once the update was complete to make sure I
don't break anything. Is this still an issue?
