I just did that install (KDE) and it was raid0 for data (raid1 for
metatdata).
I switched to raid1 for data as soon as I noticed what had happened.

The real problem was not including the updates-testing repo in the
clean all command.
And yes, as Michael commented, dnf doesn't expire meta-data as often
as yum.

up --cleandupes to remove the dupes
This worked for me but I also added yum reinstall the newer package
after the cleandupes of the older package. Don't know if it was
necessary.

To be clear, all three systems are x86_64, identical endianness,
architecture, and page size (as far as I know).
Also, this isn't a big deal, really. I just wanted to reduce network
