I've prepared an update of flac to 1.5.0 and update of gpsd to 3.26.1,
both having an ABI break in their libraries, but no obvious API breaks
that would require patching of existing source code. I tried to
rebuild the dependent packages in a local rawhide mock and the few
failures I got all seemed

I'm trying to get pysnmp have a working build (broken since Fedora 40). I
had the luck to had the fix merged a few months ago, but was never built
despite multiple reminders so it still keeps being broken.
