- the progress is hard and therefore slow. I stopped doing this stats in 2 week
cycle and I will target 4-5 week cycle.
- the progress on SPDX upstream in past months was nearly none, but yesterday there was a meeting and lots of new IDs
has been approved.

Hi all,
The upstream project had changed the license from OpenSSL to Apache
License 2.0 [1]
I'm updating the license in rawhide to reflect the change.
