In order to update Exiv2, we need to know if this is okay to enable BMFF support. Patents
have theoretically expired and it is enabled by default in the latest version.

So this week-end the project is to rebuild exiv2 to the latest version so I can see my
brotli-compressed EXIF data from my JPEG-XL pictures in Gwenview.
As part of this task, I am rebuilding the dependent packages because of SONAME
bump.
