levels take longer to compress but decompression time remains virtually the
same.

That looks like it's just a proposal by some random people that KDE and
GNOME should to work together. I've not seen a statement by either
desktop. the file referenced is literally under a directory called
"proposals". and I've never heard of this "Plaintext Group" before.

Lastpass-cli license will be corrected from GPL-2.0-only to:
GPL-2.0-only WITH cryptsetup-OpenSSL-exception AND OpenSSL
In the next 1.3.5 update. Which will hopefully makes the program functional
again.
