Hi all.
Current and older 'qwtplot3d' sub-packages (0.2.7) will be obsoleted by
newer Qt5/Qt6 rpms of 'qwtplot3d' (0.3.0)
The rpm 'qwtplot3d-qt5' will be retired because replaced by 'qwtplot3d'
sub-packages.
Please, let me know if anyone still needs qwtplot3d (Qt4) 0.2.7

While converting moolticute to SPDX licensing, I removed the "effective
licensing" strategy that was used. This change is already pushed to
rawhide, I forgot to notify the devel list.
The license changes from
GPLv3
to
GPL-3.0-or-later AND (GPL-3.0-only WITH Qt-GPL-exception-1.0) AND
