Maybe this is documented somewhere, but I don't see an obvious action to
take when an update has failed to push and is now "ignored" (what does that
mean anyway?!?).
Is there something I need to do or will they be magically taken care of?

We are at the final freeze stage, so that's probably why these updates
haven't moved to stable.
What do you mean by "ignored"? The only thing I see is that test
gating is ignored.
