Side tag rebuilds an ELN

Hi, I couldn't build elfutils because of an annobin bug that showed up on ppc64le. Nick was nice enough to fix it and push a new annobin version: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-c78fce452e So I could build elfutils again: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2020-06da

Orphaning "vtun"

The functionality offered by the vtun package has been completely subsumed by openssh, since at least with version 8.0. I've switched to using openssh, and no longer have the need and resources to take care of vtun. Free to a good home, or ready for retirement. Thanks, --Gabriel _
