I intend to update kpmcore and kde-partitionmanager in F24 to version
2.2.0.
This will lead to libkpmcore soname bump, I don't expect to cause any
problem because at the moment the only package requiring libkpmcore is
kde-partitionmanager.

Independent to whether this proposal is accepted or not, I'd like to point out
that it would be very useful to notify all maintainers of this issue, probably
by filing a bug to every package that uses one of these packages (webkitgtk,
