It's obviously possible to build software collections in copr since some
exist, but I don't understand how. What's the secret?
At least in the el6 root, I don't see a way to pick up scl-utils-build
which seems to be needed in the root if you follow the documentation for
producing SC packages.

to see the "Developer Edition" release channel for Firefox (formerly called
