I suspect the maintainer pushed 2.6.3 and didn't build it or deal with
any of the collateral and when the mass rebuild came through it built

I'm trying to build a new "insight" package for rawhide and F21 (new
snapshot: the old one does not work anymore :-(
Currently, even the new package cannot run because the "itk" package has
unfixed bugs that make it unusable.
Please see BZ #1105506, #1116853 and #1116860: they all get a
condor is broken due to this issue as well, it's due to monogo shift.

It's a package that fakes systemd presence in system. It's solely
intended for Docker images as we don't want systemd there (at least as
long as it takes to prepare systemd-container Michal is working on). I
made a mistake and it ended up being pulled in buildroot.
