I'm working on updating the qsstv package for EL6 and ran into a strange
issue.
Building for x86_64 worked under mock fine, but when I tried the offical
build the ppc64 build couldn't find qmake-qt4.
Looking through root.log shows that for some reason qt3-devel was installed
rather than qt-devel.
