Renaming just the package doesn't solve problems of conflicting files.
Libraries and binaries provided by the two packages will have the same
name, so it's not possible to have both installed beacuse one conflicts
with the other.

Hi,
has anyone already attempted to package Hypertable (
http://hypertable.com/community/source_code/) for Fedora/RedHat/CentOS?
Does anyone know whether there are current initiatives around it? Would
someone be interested in starting such a project?
Upstream already delivers RPM packages (http://
Hello,
I have touched many RPM packages in private since 2005,
but not made use of my Fedora Account.
Until recently I have showed my interest in package manpages-zh,
and got an invitation from the maintainer.
Thereby I would like to request a sponsorship.
Besides, I have prepared some packages f

Please note that Live images are mislabeled (contain 'TC5' in their name), but
they are TC6 content.

Hi,
When I ssh to the server, client gets a "Broken pipe" error and
disconnects immediately.
So I am trying to strace the server process, but if I attached to the
server process with strace, the problem will be gone. And after
detaching, it comes back.
The server is a Cent OS 6.0.

Hi,
While we are in freeze, can this report be only sent to the list

Hi,
I've orphaned ncpfs because it's a dead upstream (access to
source/tarballs is not possible).
I took it in the first place because I had a package that depends on
ncpfs-devel but it's no longer the case.
Regards.
