Right, I completely forgot about the move to a generic modesetting Xorg driver.
I removed the xorg-x11-drv-amdgpu package and besides my screens switching
around everything still works fine.

Looking at Rawhide's mesa-vulkan-drivers shows that it now provides the radeon
vulkan drive
