Maybey something in the authselect config broke?
Maybe the output from `authselect current` on those machines could be helpful...
Although if you did do changes outside of authselect that might cause
problems as well...

I updated a number of lab computers, and I found Fedora 42 broke their

The problem seems to be related to pam_access, which we use. Downgrading
to the Fedora 41 packages fixes
