After stopping and remove sssd-kcm have:
(not login with kinit yet)
$ fedpkg build
Kerberos authentication is used, but you do not have a valid credential.
Please use kinit to get credential with a principal that has realm

This may be an your kcm daemon?
If you logout/reboot and try again does it start working?
Or if you remove sssd-kcm does it start working?
