rpmlint 2.4.0 (in Fedora 39) does not currently support the "%patch
-P1 -p1" syntax [1], and incorrectly reports that patches aren't
applied. 2.5.0 has a fix for this [2]. There's a 2.5.0 update for F39
currently in testing [3].
