Looking at the upstream [0], it says "An obsolete library. Don't use it in
new projects."
So we should probably decide what to do with it. I would be willing to pick
it up, but since it won't see any new development according to upstream, we
should "do the right thing".

IMHO you can retire:
qt4pas - qt4 development is dead at upstream. Last qt4pas release is very old.
That's why we skipped the review for doublecmd-qt4.
yapet - Upstream homepage is gone, as well FTBFS in recent mass rebuild.
