I had a bug reported that F32 -> F33 upgrades don't work if you have nbdkit-tar-plugin installed. This is expected because that plugin was removed. It's is (sort of) replaced by nbdkit-tar-filter. However it's not a completely straightforward replacement since you have to change the command line
