I've been working with a perspective package that leverages nanomsg. No
one else has claimed ownership of it, so I'm going to take ownership
now. Thanks, Troy, for maintaining it until now.

I created the nanomsg package to support mozilla-iot-gateway.
I have orphaned mozilla-iot-gateway because I have not been able to
give it the attention it needs. I have decided to orphan nanomsg, and
the other supporting packages while I am at it.
