Spec file with attached more than 100 source archives, with separated each
bit in and -bin (???)
Why the not build base package with kind of platform which will
allow build each tex package separately?

it seems right now I can't rebuild the rdkit package [1] due to this:
pdflatex 'RDKit.tex'
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.17 (TeX Live 2016)
(preloaded format=pdflatex)
