It seems that lazarus needs to be rebuilt because its older than the
pascal compiler in rawhide and F-15:
fpc-2.4.2-2.fc15
lazarus.x86_64 0:0.9.28.2-1.fc14

I'm trying to build an application that uses lazarus. It builds ok in
F-14 but fails in F-15 and rawhide.
