Theoretically you should be able to build F21 and F22 containers and run
them on F20. The only problem would be if
software within a container tried to use something that the F20 Kernel
did not support.

Wanted to point out an issue with the official Fedora Docker container image
for the fedora:20 image. While testing an internally developed package, I ran
into a package dependency problem with the installed openssl-libs package
which appears to have been installed from
