38.20230314.0. And ostree diff is below (changes between 38.20230313.0
and 38.20230314.0, filtered to show only fontconfig files for CJK):

Hi all,
I am planning to update ddcutil to latest version this week. The update
will contain a sobump from libddcutil.so.3 to libddcutil.so.4.
I checked that nothing is linked to libddcutil.so.3 but just in case
anyone have any need please bring this up to me :)

It seems update fcitx5-qt-5.0.16-2.fc37 from [1] somehow did not make
it to stable repository while other package in same update did. This
caused broken dependences during update [2].
Seems that bodhi is doing something weird. I might have an idea how
