So, I suggest to remove radiotray from repos, for three reasons:
1) radiotray upstream is dead
2) radiotray depends on dead gstreamer0.10
3) fedora's radiotray maintainer is dead, too).

There are several open bug reports for package radiotray addressing its broken
dependencies because of splitting gstreamer-plugins* and not only -
