This is not used automatically, it's been used when running rpmlint
manually and is included for documentation purposes (and for anoyne
else who might want to run rpmlint manually).

The package we have ready as an upgrade of the existing one removes
some no longer needed patches, adds a few new patches, updates the
spec file of course, and also adds an rpmlintrc file. It has of course
been tested on a Rawhide installation.
