In the near future I will rebase utf8proc to 2.9.0 in rawhide. This change
introduced SONAME
bump, thus I created a side tag so all dependent packages can be rebuilt. I
also submitted
bugs for the affected packages. So if you received such a bug please do a
rebuild.
