It looks like I should orphan sphinxbase. The upstream project indicates pocketsphinx has subsumed sphinxbase, and it does not appear any other Fedora packages rely on sphinxbase. I dropped pocketsphinx's dependency on sphinxbase when I released version 5.0.0 of the package in May of 2023. I will
