Hello, the mass branching of Fedora Linux 38 was planned to happen on 2023-02-07. Due to traveling from FOSDEM and the re-signing of rawhide with a new key we will postpone the branching to 2023-02-08. Sorry for the inconvenience Tomas Hrcka Fedora release engineering
